Exercise you can do at home

1. Learn to recognise the feeling of fear / stress. We often feel fear of stress without even realising it, for example a tight jaw, or a weird feeling in the stomach. Learn to try and recognise these feelings so that you can control them.

2. Learn to recognise synchronisation. We are often synchronised with our close ones without even realising it. Next time, at the dinner table, observe everyone's body language and notice if they are sitting in the same position. You can also observe two people having a deep conversation, their body position will usually reflect each other.
